Chief Strategist

Kelly Trace

aka Midnight Food Runner

Kelly grew up in Osceola County and being a fourth generation resident, she knew that she wanted to return home after graduating from the University of Florida with her degree in Graphic Design to continue the story. Kelly kickstarted her career developing brands for world-renowned companies at a top Orlando-area ad agency like Cable & Wireless (now LIME), Everything But Water, Valencia College, The Vue, University of Central Florida and more. Then at just 24, she joined the Digital Media Team at Clear Channel Outdoor to develop one of the most advanced digital media advertising platforms, setting in place contract management and project management processes internationally and company-wide. Just two short years and a wedding ring later, Kelly was called to join a team of locals working to rebuild a non-profit that advanced historic downtown Kissimmee development and did so, taking Kissimmee Main Street from large deficit to a surplus during her tenure. All of that cumulated to Marketing Director for the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission where she was part of a team leading many strategic initiatives for the region including the Regional Branding Initiative, working side by side with the public-private partnership’s leadership and board members, site selectors and some of the best economic development professionals in the industry, all to teach the world the other half of Orlando’s story. There she implemented the inbound marketing method and is now helping Reach’s clients develop brands that people love. Kelly’s main responsibilities at Reach include all client onboarding and sales, media negotiation and purchasing and overall running Reach. Working with many government projects, Kelly takes the lead on cost control for our clients, ensuring they are able to get the most bang for their buck, and passes that same thought onto our team members. In her spare time (like entrepreneurs know what that is anyway), you can find Kelly volunteering in the community with different non-profits.

Web Strategy Manager

Kristine Gonzalez

aka The Website Warrior
Kristine, a native of Brooklyn, New York, graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Before joining Reach, Kristine interned and was later hired to be the Internet Marketing Coordinator at Kissimmee Main Street, helping local businesses streamline their marketing efforts and get a jump on social media. Kristine develops websites for Reach as well as fixing anything we break… which happens with the internet sometimes. Using primarily WordPress along with some custom CSS and coding, she builds websites with the customer in mind to provide an optimized internet experience.

When not building websites, Kristine is working on optimizing them either through search engine optimization, evaluating analytics and finding moments in the user’s journey that can generate leads and hopefully, ultimately create customers. On occasion, she can be found writing, either website copy, blog posts or content calendars, surprising her co-workers when she asks for access to Sprout Social. Kristine spends her spare moments catching a Mets game, preferably live during Spring Training, or on the couch while live tweeting, attending concerts, or on another #TargetRun.

Rachel Bogan

aka Plant Lover
A proud Gator grad, Rachel joined Reach in August 2015. She grew up in Orlando and graduated from the University of Florida where she studied Advertising with a minor in Educational Studies. Rachel is responsible for multiple accounts and tracking analytics to ensure account strategy is performing. She oversees the account managers and our graphic designer. Rachel also assists account managers with gathering analytics and data from campaigns and helps align our inbound marketing strategies with our clients goals. Rachel loves her Goldendoodle, Wally, and spending time with her family.

Brittany Cable

aka Teacher of the Year
Brittany left a 10-year career as a teacher to work specifically on a Countywide literacy initiative with us called Osceola Reads in February 2016. She has a masters degree from the University of South Florida in Reading Education and is both HubSpot and Inbound Marketing certified. She has dove headfirst into all things marketing and has never looked back. Since then, she has also managed the County’s economic development organization, Greater Osceola, and the local real estate giant, Dream Builders Realty. In June 2017, she was promoted to the role of content editor and now has the opportunity to work with all of our clients and account managers on content creation and overall strategy. When not working, Brittany enjoys vacationing, eating barbeque at Big John’s, spending time with her husband, Brian, 6-year old son, Calin (who loves Footsteps2Brilliance… shocking), and the newest addition to her family, Carter.

Bret Thomas

aka Office Comedian
Bret Thomas is a Kissimmee native, born and raised. He earned his degree in graphic design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Orlando. Bret’s career in graphic design spans over 10 years, including 5 years at an offset printshop. He has a nerdy passion for public information and is a 2014 Savvy award finalist for his design of the City of Orlando’s 2013 Community Action Plan. He enjoys his family time, screen printed posters and listening to bad 90s R&B.

Megan Ring

aka Millennial Expert
Megan, a Hoosier at heart, before she started at Reach, she dabbled with graphic design and social media as she ran the social media channels of a local Gap. Then in 2015, she joined Reach as an intern where she was introduced to the world of inbound marketing and learned how to better utilize social media to tell brands’ stories. Becoming Inbound and HubSpot Certified while interning, later that year, she graduated from the University of Central Florida earning her degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Now, as an official full-time Reacher, she manages multiple accounts, helping them attract people to their website through SEO, implementing social media ads that convert leads, and help coordinating events. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, discovering new artists, and trying new food.

Lydia Bell

aka Cowgirl Consultant
Our in-house Rodeo expert, Lydia, works exclusively on the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo account, a national championship rodeo that visits Osceola County each April. She is a rock star event coordinator, the fastest typer we’ve ever seen and can lasso leads with the best of them. Lydia graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008 and joined the Reach team in July 2015.

Gabe Rembert

aka Illustration Enthusiast
Gabe is a self-taught illustrator, graphic and web designer. Starting off creating websites and show & tour flyers he began to have a better appreciation for branding, illustration and typography so he wanted to focus on those skills more. With now having branded and illustrated for various artists and companies nationwide, that appreciation continuously grows while also beginning to build his skills with the camera. He enjoys attempting to be a chef, traveling as much as he can and the art of making sushi.

Franki Giordano

aka House Mixologist
Franki, born and raised in South Florida, recently graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations and certificate in Public and Professional Writing. Before officially becoming a part of the team, Franki interned at Reach for eight months where she worked alongside the account managers and learned the ropes (she’d never been to a rodeo before!). She is now the account manager for RedTail, Ramada Kissimmee Gateway, and Overstreet, Miles, Cumbie & Finkenbinder Law Firm. She also works with Kelly on the Downtown Kissimmee Area Council and Young Professionals of Osceola County accounts. Franki is proud to call Central Florida her new forever home, where in her spare time you can find her writing (she doesn’t get enough of it here), working out or sipping coffee at a local coffee shop!

Kristine Zwick

Kristine has worked in social media and digital marketing for almost ten years. When she began her career in 2008 – when social media was still the “wild west” – she had the privilege of working with established brands looking to get exposure through a new medium. Her work includes time in three cities where she produced content for numerous high-level clients, and secured press in TeenVOGUE and on The Today Show. After getting her footing in New York, Chicago and San Francisco with brands like Keds, Victoria’s Secret and Gap, she returned home to Florida where she successfully spearheaded the branding and expansion of a local business in Windermere. She’s happy to bring her talents to her home town of Kissimmee (Go Kowboys!). Kristine is a Florida State University alum with a degree in Merchandising. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, painting and getting fresh air at Florida’s local state parks.

Aubreyann Grissom

Aubreyann is currently a student at Valencia College, working part-time here at Reach, with the majority of her time dedicated to the two rodeo accounts. She grew up right here in Osceola County and loves being involved in her community. She once won the Doug Partin Spirit Award for involvement and love of the community! From Southeastern Circuit Queen Committee to working cows with her Grand-dad to riding her horses, Aubreyann lives and breathes rodeo. She’s very proud to be able to promote the western heritage and help others find the love for the sport of rodeo!

Alicia Miller

Alicia is a native Bostonian who graduated from the University of Central Florida in May of 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Mass Communications. While at UCF, Alicia was the head of the UCF Student Union marketing department where she developed her skills and love of all things marketing. She is now the account manager for Broadway Pizza Bar, Osceola Reads, and Osceola Regional Medical Center, and she is thrilled to be a part of the Reach family. Alicia has also been an active member of Relay for Life for 11 years, including her time as an Event Chair. When not working on her accounts, you can find Alicia at Disney, cheering on UCF football, training for her next half marathon, or curled up reading a good book with her dog Shea.

Autumn Barker

Autumn joined Reach in 2018. A University of Florida grad, Autumn is a native Floridian and grew up in the Central Florida area. She graduated in 2014 with a degree in English and Communications and a minor in Business Administration. While studying at UF, Autumn worked as the blog editor for The Independent Florida Alligator, the student newspaper, and worked for the local concert promoter as a marketing and promotions intern. After graduating, Autumn worked as a contributing writer for Orlando Style Magazine, spent some time working for The Mouse at the Most Magical Place on Earth, and as the head content writer for a digital marketing company. When she’s not at work, Autumn enjoys finding independent coffee shops, seeing live music, and exploring new places.

Eliza Shaffer

Eliza is originally from the Philadelphia area and moved to Florida almost ten years ago to attend the University of Tampa, where she earned a degree in Marine Science and Biology in May of 2012. She recently decided to change careers and will be receiving a degree in Web Development from St. Petersburg College in May of 2018. She has been tweaking websites since childhood and is extremely excited to be applying her knowledge and learning new skills as a web intern at Reach. Eliza is very passionate about animals and has recently rescued two dogs, one she kept and one she re-homed with her sister. In her spare time, away from the computer, she enjoys crafting, drawing, and painting.
