Aashna Bawa

Assistant Director of Web and UX/UI

Aashna holds a bachelor’s degree in Painting from LaSalle College of the Arts in Singapore and began her career in art restoration before transitioning into digital design. Today, she leads Reach’s most complex UX and UI initiatives, shaping the structure, flow, and visual experience of every major website launch. With a sharp eye for interaction design and motion, Aashna specializes in web animation and drives ongoing training and professional development for the web team. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into digital art, baking, reading, and exploring new music.
