Kristine Gonzalez
Director of Web and Automation

Kristine, a native of Brooklyn, New York, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. As Reach’s Director of Web & Automation, Kristine leads the agency’s work in AI-driven systems, automation, and operational efficiency, while continuing to oversee some web strategy and execution. She pairs her Ad/PR foundation with deep technical expertise to design smarter, more scalable digital solutions for Reach and our clients by implementing automation workflows and AI-supported processes that streamline operations and improve performance across teams and client engagements. She established Reach’s user-first approach, ensuring all digital experiences are built with accessibility, usability, and purpose at the forefront. Kristine spends her spare moments catching a Mets game, preferably live during Spring Training, or on the couch while posting to Threads, attending concerts, or going on a good shopping run.
