Kelly Trace selected as 2019 Grand Marshal in Kissimmee Festival of Lights Parade

Reach's Chief Strategist Kelly Trace has been named grand marshal of Saturday’s Festival of Lights Parade in downtown Kissimmee. Each year, the City of Kissimmee selects its parade grand marshal(s) by identifying residents of Osceola County who have displayed outstanding pride and commitment to the community through volunteerism and/or service above and beyond their normal call of duty. Kelly was born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida, her family going back four generations in Osceola County, and she has continued to uphold her family's heritage by starting her own award-winning business just steps away from where both her great grandfather and grandfather started their companies in the early and mid-1900s.Kelly started Reach, an inbound marketing agency in 2014, and in an effort to live up to their tagline "make real impact," she and her husband Keith Trace recently opened up Headquarters Coworking in downtown Kissimmee. HQ is a hub for small businesses and tech startups to launch, grow and collaborate with others like them from various industries, feeding into the commerce ecosystem of our community. Housed in a 1912 historic building that has previously held the headquarters of companies like the Kissimmee Valley Gazette, Kissimmee Police and Fire Departments, and Jordan Norris Printing, it currently has 12 companies on campus. Kelly and other entrepreneurs in residence meet with each member regularly to ensure their startup success, in addition to helping her clients at Reach create brands that people love every day.Saturday’s parade, which begins at 7 p.m., will travel north on Ruby Ave, east on Broadway, south on Dakin Ave. and west on Lakeview Drive.Kelly will lead the Candyland-themed parade in a car driven by Mr. Rick Crawford, and the parade route can be viewed below.THE DETAILSWHO: 7,000+ ⎮ Fun & family-orientedWHERE: Historic Downtown Kissimmee |Broadway, Dakin Avenue & Lakeview DriveWHEN: Saturday, December 14, 2019 ⎮ 7 PM – 8 PMCOST: Admission is free
