Chief Strategist

Kelly Trace

aka Midnight Food Runner
Kelly grew up in Osceola County and is part of a family that goes back four generations in her community. From the beginning, she knew that she wanted to return home after graduating from the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design to continue the legacy. Kelly kickstarted her career developing brands for world-renowned companies at a top Orlando-area ad agency like Everything But Water, Valencia College, The Vue, University of Central Florida, Cable & Wireless (now FLOW who provides wireless, broadband and home phone service to 15 islands in the Caribbean) and more. Then at just 24, she joined the Digital Media Team at Clear Channel Outdoor to develop one of the most advanced digital media advertising platforms in the industry, spearheading contract & project management processes internationally and company wide. Just two short years and a wedding ring later, Kelly was called to join a team of locals working to rebuild a non-profit that oversaw the advancement of historic downtown Kissimmee’s economic impact and did so as Executive Director of Kissimmee Main Street. All of that cumulated to Marketing Director for the Orlando Economic Partnership where she was part of a team leading many strategic initiatives for the region including the Regional Branding Initiative, working side by side with the public-private partnership’s leadership and board members, site selectors and some of the best economic development professionals in the industry, all to teach the world the other half of Orlando’s story. There she implemented the inbound marketing method utilizing HubSpot’s Marketing Automation Software. Shortly after in 2014, she opened Reach, in her spare bedroom, which has now grown to 12 employees, and recently purchased the Headquarters building in Downtown Kissimmee. Kelly’s responsibilities at Reach have certainly evolved as they’ve grown, but today she takes the lead on all client onboarding and sales, media negotiation and purchasing, and management duties of the agency. Working with many government projects, Kelly takes the lead on cost control for our clients, ensuring they are able to get the most bang for their buck, and passes that same thought onto our team members. In her spare time (like entrepreneurs know what that is anyway), you can find Kelly volunteering in the community with different non-profits or boards.

Kristine, a native of Brooklyn, New York, graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Kristine has paired her Ad/PR background with a robust level of development skills making her a rockstar powerhouse on our team. In addition to being our in-house translator, she builds websites for Reach, oversees all of our website maintenance agreements and procedures for search engine optimization, hosting, onboarding and launch. She implemented the “user first” process we still use today back in 2014 where she ensures all sites are built with the user in mind for an optimized internet experience, not just a site with a bunch of random information. Design with purpose. Kristine spends her spare moments catching a Mets game, preferably live during Spring Training, or on the couch while live tweeting, attending concerts, or going on a #TargetRun.
